Who provides Glotbee

Glotbee ("we", "us") is an online translation service. Contact: [email protected].

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). It is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes your payment, issues your receipt or invoice, charges VAT, and pays refunds.

What Glotbee is

Glotbee is software. It translates the documents you upload with AI models, reviews and checks the translation automatically, and lays it out like the original. No person translates or reviews a Personal order.

• A Glotbee translation is not a certified or sworn translation. Courts, embassies and offices that ask for one need the stamp and signature of a sworn translator.
• A translation can contain mistakes. Read it before you rely on it, and have an important document checked by a qualified person. Glotbee does not give legal, medical or any other professional advice.
• The translation audit lists the numbers, dates, codes and names of the original and where the translation has them. It does not judge whether the meaning is right.

Orders and prices

• The price is shown before you pay, with VAT included. It does not change after you pay.
• The translation starts once the payment is confirmed. The time shown is an estimate, not a promise.
• Every order includes one round of corrections, which you make yourself in the side-by-side view.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can usually withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. By paying, you ask for the translation to start right away, and you accept that once it has been delivered, you can no longer withdraw. Until it has been delivered, you can cancel the order by writing to [email protected], and your payment is refunded in full.

Refunds

When a payment is refunded is set out in the refund policy.

Your documents

• You may only upload documents that you have the right to have translated. Do not upload anything unlawful.
• Your documents and their translations stay yours. We use them only to provide the service, as the privacy notice describes, and they are not used to train AI models.
• You can delete a document and its translation at any time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in links, passkeys and codes to yourself. We may suspend an account that misuses the service, for example by uploading unlawful content or by trying to break into the service.

Glotbee Professional and Agency

These editions are subscriptions: a monthly price per seat plus the AI used, as shown on the plans page before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the end of the period already paid.

Liability

We provide the service with care, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or always available. Our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or anything else that the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. A change applies to orders placed after it is published; the date at the top shows the last change.

Law

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection the law of the country where you live gives you.
