Medical reports, translated value by value.
Lab results, discharge summaries, imaging and pathology reports, clinical letters and patient information. Every value, unit, dose and negation is kept exactly, and checked against the original.
PDF, scanned PDF, Word and more. You see the price before you pay.
Nothing rounded, nothing guessed.
- Values as written.
- Every lab value, unit and reference range stays exactly as in the original: nothing is rounded, converted or “normalised”.
- Doses and medicines.
- Dose, frequency, route and duration exactly as in the original. A medicine is named by its international name in the other language; brand names stay as they are.
- Left stays left. No stays no.
- Left and right, and every negation (“no”, “without”, “excluded”) are kept exactly. A change there changes the meaning.
- Abbreviations never guessed.
- An abbreviation is spelled out only when its meaning is certain from the text. Otherwise it stays as written.
- Codes and grades as written.
- ICD and other codes, grading and staging (TNM, Gleason, BI-RADS) and specimen labels stay exactly as in the original.
- Clinical style kept.
- Notes stay notes. Nothing is turned into prose, and nothing is explained that the original does not explain.
Personal data, hidden first.
Diagnoses and ID numbers are exactly what Glotbee is built to protect. The same protection comes with every order.
- Masked before translating.
- Names, ID numbers, account numbers and contact details can be replaced before anything is sent to an AI, and put back in your file afterwards.
- Encrypted with your own key.
- Only you and the people you invite can open your files.
- Not used for training.
- The AI providers work under data processing agreements and do not train on your documents.
- Deleted when you say.
- Delete a document and its translation at any time.
Every number accounted for.
A medical report comes with a translation audit: a separate PDF that lists every number, date, code and name of the original, and shows where the translation has it. Anything that needs a person’s eye is listed first.
It is made by fixed rules, not by AI, so it says the same thing every time, and it is made again after your corrections. It shows that the figures and names match; it does not judge the meaning.
Before it is used.
A medical translation used for treatment, insurance or legal purposes must be checked by a qualified medical translator or a clinician first. Glotbee does not give medical advice.
An office that asks for a certified translation needs a sworn translator’s stamp and signature. Glotbee Personal does not certify.

Questions
Is the translation good enough for a doctor abroad?
It is careful: every value, unit, dose and negation is kept, and the numbers are checked against the original. A medical translation used for treatment, insurance or legal purposes must still be checked by a qualified medical translator or a clinician before it is used.
Who sees my medical report?
You, and anyone you invite. Files are stored encrypted with your own key. Before anything is sent to an AI, you can have names, ID numbers, contact details and other personal data replaced; they are put back in your file afterwards. The AI providers work under data processing agreements and do not train on your documents.
Can it read a scanned or photographed document?
Yes. A scanned page is straightened and its light evened out, every line is read twice, and the translation is set where each line was. If you have a photo of a page, save it as a PDF first. See scanned PDFs.
What if I find a mistake?
Open the original and the translation side by side, click any paragraph, and correct it. Your corrections are written back into the document with its layout, and you download it again. Every order includes one correction round.
Which languages?
Over 50: the languages of Europe, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and the other main languages of India, Turkish, Persian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Swahili and more. See every language. A PDF or a scan is translated into languages written in Latin, Cyrillic or Greek letters for now; for the others, upload it as a Word file.
